This spoken word piece was used as a reflective response at Spring Harvest '09. It meditates on the well known passage where Peter proclaims that Jesus is the Christ, and Jesus' responses about what kind of Messiah he is and how we might display that as his followers.

'Who do I say you are?' Poem
Based on Matt 16:13-25

(read slowly by a single reader, and projected line by line on ppt for reflection).

Who do I say you are?
What does my life tell people about your life?
When people learn I'm a Christian, what kind of 'Christ' do they see in me?
Where is the road that follows your footsteps?
Why do we forget that your path involves suffering?
How can I loose my life,
and find it
in you?
