This was written for the Big Start at Spring Harvest 2017, so it fits well in an all-age context. It combines themes such as Pentecost, unity, and being sent out.

We taught an action for everyone to say with the "Holy Spirit fill us up" - moving our hands down from our feet all the way up above our heads and then waving our fingers, like we were being filled to overflowing. But you could choose another action, or none at all!

Holy Spirit, fill us up.
Give us strength, give us power.

Holy Spirit, fill us up.
Make us one, sisters and brothers.

Holy Spirit, fill us up.
Give us strength to share your truth.

Holy Spirit, fill us up.
Send us out, to live for you. Amen.
