Armour of God reflection
This episode invites us to prayerfully put on the armour of God and it gently leads us through what that might mean in our everyday lives.

In Ephesians 6, Paul writes that as followers of Jesus, we are engaged in a battle against an invisible enemy. He therefore instruct us to wear the full ‘Armour of God’. Maybe you have read this passage many times but you ask yourself: how do I actually wear this? How do I ‘put it on’?

Maybe a prayerful reflection could be a good way to start.

This episode of the Pause/Pray podcast invites us to put on the armour of God and it gently leads us through what that might mean in our everyday lives.

Also - even though ‘our fight is not against flesh and blood’ we often make it so. This is why in this reflection we are invited to repentance before we take up each item of the armour and pray it over ourselves as well as those who are ‘fighting’ next to us.
