When he came down from God's presence,
the tablets in his arms,
when he came down from the mountain
Moses glowed.

His face the moon to God's great sun,
a glass reflecting glory.
When he came down from the mountain
Moses glowed.

And Aaron was afraid,
and the people trembled with him.
When he came down from the mountain
Moses glowed.

But he told them not to fear
and he told them to come near.
When he came down from the mountain
Moses glowed...
