Song of the Foolish Farmer - poem
This is a versified version of Jesus parable of the Rich Fool. You could speak, rap or sing it.
Extract from the poem:
There once was a man with a bunch of stuff,
but a bunch of stuff wasn't nearly enough.
So the man made a plan, he was really chuffed,
a plan to make room for lots more stuff.
"My barns are too small, they're not large enough,
so I'll hire some guys that are rough and tough
to tear them down and then, soon enough,
build bigger barns for all of my stuff!
"Then I'll put up my feet, my boots won't scuff,
I'll rest my bones, no more 'huff and puff'.
I'll eat and I'll drink, way more than enough!
And I'll live my life for all of my stuff."...
